In fact, the observance of intergenerational rights emphasizes that the current generation, while meeting its own needs, should not harm the ability of the next generation to meet their needs, and that natural resources, which are the right of all present and future generations, should not be spent alone. Be the current generation. Therefore, in this article, according to the researches and their conclusion that during the years after the revolution, the bulk of oil sales have been spent on current expenditures, we intend to use library methods and collect and review economic statistics. From various sites such as the Central Bank, the Parliamentary Research Center and the Statistics Center to identify the factors affecting the nonobservance of intergenerational rights and provide ways out.</span>  یکی از موضوعات چالش برانگیز برای کشورهای که اقتصاد آنها دارای وابستگی شدید به عایدات نفت و مشتقات آن می‌باشند استفاده بهینه از این منابع و فروش آن و رعایت حقوق بین‌نسلی در کشورهای نفت‌خیز ازجمله ایران مطرح است. در واقع رعایت حقوق بین نسلی بر این موضوع تأکید دارد که نسل فعلی ضمن اینکه نیازهای خودش را برطرف می‌کند نباید صدمه‌ای به توانایی نسل آتی در تأمین نیازهای خود واردکند و منابع طبیعی که حق همه نسل‌های فعلی و آتی می‌باشد نباید صرفاً صرف مخارج جاری نسل فعلی شود. بنابراین در این مقاله با توجه به پژوهش‌های انجام شده و نتیجه‌گیری آنها مبنی بر اینکه طی سال‌های بعد از انقلاب، عمده فروش نفت صرف مخارج جاری گردیده است، در صدد هستیم تا با استفاده از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و جمع‌آوری و بررسی آمارهای اقتصادی از سایت‌های مختلف مانند بانک مرکزی، مرکز پژوهش‌های مجلس و مرکز آمار، عوامل مؤثر بر عدم رعایت حقوق بین‌نسلی را شناسایی نموده و راه‌های برون‌رفت آن را ارائه نماییم. https://www.psabjournal.ir/article_193042_0de485a7cd3e14fc0c967a2e142011d4.pdf
